The First Ever Billy Bob Web Halloween Contest!

       Hey, kids! Hey, fans! Hey, people that like free stuff! Wanna win something AWESOMELY COOL (actual coolness subject to interpretation)? Well, enter the First Ever Billy Bob Web Halloween Contest!

HOW TO ENTER:

       Entrants must construct a costume pertaining to the Billy Bob Universe. The costume can be a wide range of anything found in any Billy Bob game, such as Billy Bob, The Cactus King, Roberto, Too Mah Toe, a Portle Fish, Bizzap, Billy Bob's Mailbox, etc. Be as creative as possible! 

       After constructing your costume, take a picture of you (or whoever wishes to wear it) wearing the costume. Send the photo and a brief description to me, Phlibbit at my email address (ryan.hoss@mailcity.com). Make the subject of the email "Billy Bob Contest Entry". You can enter more than once, so you have a better shot of winning!

JUDGING:

     The costumes will be judged in the following categories, with respective points of importance (out of 100):

Creativity: 40 points

Effort: 20 Points

'Wow' Factor: 20 points

Faithfulness to the actual Billy Bob character or item in question: 20 points

Total: 100 points

Now, a short explanation or the categories.

 Creativity is simple. Be creative! Explore your mind! 

Effort- I can tell the difference between a costume that took a week to make and a crappy paper cutout. 

The 'wow' factor is anything really cool that your costume includes. For example, if you have a Billy Bob costume, is it just Billy Bob, or does he also have cactus thistles to shoot? Is it just Bizzap, or does he shoot lightning bolts?

And faithfulness is pretty simple. If you make a Billy Bob costume, but he's blue, his eyes are black, and his mouth is pumpernickel brown, you'll lose points.

RULES:

More than one entry allowed. Try your best!

Don't do anything stupid or obscene. Make sure your costume is family friendly.

Entries must be sent to ryan.hoss@mailcity.com, and must have the title heading say "Billy Bob Contest Entry".

Keep your picture attachment at an acceptable file size, and a decent file type (PNG preferred, but JPGs, etc. are sufficient).

Entries MUST be submitted no later than Saturday, October 29, 2005.
